Privacy Policy

PDP Shikshya is built privacy-first for minors. The load-bearing promise is simple: student-identifying information never leaves the school's server, and is never sent to the AI.

Every message a student sends to the tutor — and every planner input — passes through a local anonymizer first. Names, roll numbers, phone numbers, emails, and locations are replaced with placeholders (e.g. [STUDENT_1]) before any request reaches the AI model. The original values stay only in the school's local database and are re-inserted into the reply for display afterwards.

Account details (name, email, phone, address you choose to add), school/class membership, learning activity (tutoring sessions, quiz results, timetable), posts, and chat messages — all kept within your school's tenant and not shared with other schools.

Only anonymized, curriculum-related text needed to generate a tutoring reply, a quiz, or a day plan. We use enterprise AI terms with no training on your data and no retention beyond the request.

Images, video, and audio attached to posts or chat are stored on the school's own server, not a third-party cloud bucket.

Students and parents can view and edit their profile. School administrators can correct or deactivate accounts. Contact your school administrator to access or remove data.
